About Caleb Dehan

The author as a young child

For over thirty years, I've sat across from people carrying wounds they couldn't name. Most of them traced back to the same place — the earliest relationship of their lives.

I specialize in attachment and family dynamics. I've worked with hundreds of patients learning to understand the patterns that shaped them — and to build something different.

I started writing for the people who might never walk into a therapist's office. The ones who read a sentence at two in the morning and finally feel understood. These books are what I've learned in the consulting room, put into language anyone can hold onto — without jargon, without judgment.
